— Today our bank's staff consists of more than 3 thousand people united by a common mission and love for their work. The idea to create a video about them was born as a sign of gratitude to our employees, as well as a symbol of pride and identity of our bank, — says Oksana Lyndina, Director of HR Policy Department, Member of the Management Board of JSCB "Kapitalbank". — We managed to bring this idea to life with the help of a large friendly team. An international team from Uzbekistan, Russia and UAE participated in the creation of the mini-film, and more than 50 employees of our bank took part in the shooting.
The video is accompanied by a corporate song written specially for the bank's employees. The author of the lyrics and music is Kirill Markevich, a member of Kapitalbank's Supervisory Board. The lyrics of the song are about team spirit, common victories and constantly moving forward, which reflects the main values and principles of Kapitalbank
