As part of the digitalization and centralization of banking processes, and to enhance the quality and efficiency of banking services, JSCB “Kapitalbank” is carrying out a phased transformation of its branches into Banking Service Centers with a unified code (Bank code (MFO): 01158). As part of this process, the Bank is transferring bank accounts of corporate clients to centralized servicing at the Single Branch of JSCB “Kapitalbank” (MFO 01158).
The objective is to provide corporate clients with access to all banking services (payments, cash services, etc.) at any branch of JSCB “Kapitalbank” within the Republic of Uzbekistan.
This transfer is carried out strictly in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and is of a purely technical nature. All your rights, as well as the Bank’s obligations under previously concluded agreements, remain in full force and effect and unchanged.
From June 06, 2026, to June 07, 2026, a scheduled transfer of accounts of corporate clients of the Samarkand branch of JSCB “Kapitalbank” will take place from MFO 01061 to MFO 01158.
In this regard, PLEASE BE AWARE that during the specified period, the following may occur:
- possible technical disruptions, including temporary interruptions in services and communication channels;
- temporary delays or interruptions in data exchange due to ongoing technical integrations;
- temporary limitations in the timeliness of reporting and responses to automated requests.
The following banking services will be available on June 05, 2026:
- foreign currency payments for corporate clients will be processed as usual on June 05, 2026;
- currency conversion transactions for legal entities will be conducted as usual on June 05, 2026;
- corporate and SME transactions will be conducted as usual on June 05, 2026;
- cash services will be provided as usual on June 05, 2026;
- retail banking services for individuals (international money transfers, deposit services, currency exchange, and cash services) will be available until 5:00 p.m. on June 05, 2026;
- transactions via ATMs and payment terminals will operate as usual on June 05, 2026;
- credit transactions will be conducted until 5:00 p.m. on June 05, 2026;
- corporate lending monitoring will continue until 6:00 p.m. on June 05, 2026;
- National Payment System clearing will operate as usual on June 05, 2026;
- clearing via the Tieto payment processing center will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on June 05, 2026;
- transactions involving opening, funding, or withdrawal of funds from cards at Bank branches will be conducted as usual on June 05, 2026;
- the “Uzum Business” Remote Banking Service System will be suspended at 11:00 p.m. on June 05, 2026, and partially restricted until June 07, 2026;
- the mobile application will be partially restricted from June 05 to June 07, 2026;
- the Bank’s branches and offices will operate as usual on June 05, 2026.
Starting June 08, 2026, , all banking services (payments, cash services, etc.) will be provided in accordance with established procedures.
EXCLUSIVELY for corporate clients of the Samarkand branch of JSCB “Kapitalbank” (MFO 01061):
Starting June 08, 2026, your bank account details will be updated automatically.
Your current account details will remain valid for 12 months from June 08, 2026.
All banking services (payments, cash services, etc.) will continue to be provided in accordance with established procedures through the Single Branch of JSCB “Kapitalbank” (MFO 01158), allowing you to receive services at any branch of the Bank within the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Within 6 months from the date of this Notice, we recommend that you re-execute or amend your existing agreements with the Bank and your counterparties to reflect the new account details and/or notify your counterparties accordingly.
