Mobile app Kapital24 Visa is a convenient and safe tool that allows you to:

make transfers from card to card (only available on cards commercial Bank "capital Bank" in the framework of the project VISA Travel).
information about VISA cards (balance, mini statement, card details),
manage security services online-maps
to perform the lock / unlock cards
tracking the location of ATMs.
change phone number for SMS notifications.

To use the mobile application should:

download and install on your mobile device
