On July 3, 2024 the international rating agency Fitch Ratings assigned Kapitalbank a long-term foreign currency Issuer Default Rating (IDR) of "B" with a stable outlook and a stability rating of "b".
The report published by the agency notes the bank's high profit growth rates over the last 3 years, return on equity at 50%, loan-to-deposit ratio at 90%, with an average of 200% in the market, and NPL ratio of 1.7%, which is one of the lowest in the sector.
