Сard activation

1. Download the Kapitalbank Mobile application and complete identification by following the link.

2. Add your card.

3. Activate it and set the PIN code.

4. Perform any operation with a new PIN-code at any Visa/Mastercard ATM. Repeat this action each time you change your PIN code.

5. Your card is ready to use.

Safety rules

• Do not share card details and codes with outsiders; do not send photos showing the card number and expiration date.

• After finding out the card number and the CVC/CVV code on the back, the attacker will be able to debit funds even without it.

• For online payments, use only trusted websites and devices; do not follow questionable links and check even familiar addresses for suspicious letters, numbers and symbols.

• Manage your paid subscriptions by disabling those that you don't use.

• In case of questionable transactions, immediately block the card through the mobile application or at the bank branch.

• If you do not use a card with a large balance for a long time, we recommend to block the card temporarily or transfer funds to a deposit.
