News for accountants - bank payments - directly to 1C and Didox
7 Dec 2020

“Kapitalbank” in cooperation with “Venkon” company saved accountants from “manual” duplication of payment orders and “scattering” of incoming bank payments.

With the help of the “Dibank” service, outgoing payment documents created in “1C” or “Didox: go directly to the bank - and vice versa, incoming payments and debits are automatically “scattered” in the accounting system. “Kapitalbank” has become the first bank to open access to convenient services for its customers.

Typically, working through the Internet banking system, an accountant needs to address the bank’s website, create payment orders there, track their statuses, receive statements on current accounts; it is necessary to monitor incoming payments and write-offs from the current account - and then manually duplicate all operations in the accounting system to maintain accounting and generate reports. We suggest avoiding this double work and eliminating possible mistakes. With this aim it is enough to have a valid subscription to information technology support for 1C or be a subscriber of the Premium tariff of the Didox system, - said Askar Ismailov, the head of Venkon.

Thus, how it works. Now there is a button “Send to the bank” in the document “Payment order” of the “1C” program. When clicking it, the system signs and sends an electronic payment order to the bank. The signing of this payment order is implemented with the same bank EDS key that is used to work with Internet banking. In the same way, the work with incoming payments, write-offs on memorial orders, payment requests and collection orders has been simplified. Copying the information on flows in current accounts or download from files of the Bank-client is no longer needed. All data on transactions on current accounts are loaded directly from the bank for the selected period in the “Statement” form.

Formation of salary registers on plastic cards for the bank in the Internet banking system constitutes one of the most laborious and time-consuming tasks of an accountant. With the Dibank service, now it does not take time at all, and, most importantly, eliminates the “human factor” and associated errors. The register, automatically generated in 1C, is sent to the bank by pressing one button, on the basis of which funds are credited to the employees’ plastic cards.

You can learn more about the Dibank service and see step-by-step guide on the website www.dibank.uz.
