“Kapitalbank” JSCB expands its range of banking services and advances to a new platform for servicing individuals.

Dear clients of the Samarkand branch of “Kapitalbank” JSCB!!!

     Hereby, “Kapitalbank” JSCB (hereinafter - “the Bank”) expresses its deepest respect and informs you, that the Bank pursuant to the Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 30/9 dated September 22, 2018 “On introduction of amendments and additions into the Regulations on National Information Database of Bank Depositors of the Republic of Uzbekistan, procedures for assigning codes to and maintaining the list of banking accounts therein”, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan under No. 1863-6 dated October 26, 2018, and in order to create convenience and expand the range of banking services, has switched to a new platform for servicing individuals.
     With regard to the above, as well as in compliance with the requirements of the legislation on the need to add PINFL (Personal Identification Number) to individuals’ account, as of April 11, 2019, your account(s) will be assigned new details.
     You can get additional information on new details in the branches (smartbanks, minibanks) of “Kapitalbank” JSCB, where you have opened the current accounts.
     If you use accounts to receive (transfer) funds, we recommend you to use new account details. In this case, within at least a month after details change, funds received using “old” details will be automatically transferred (by default) to new details.
     If you use bank cards (UzCard and/or VISA), reissue of a card is not required, you can use it without restrictions. Herewith, on the date of new details assignment, a bank card will be temporarily shutdown for a period of up to four hours.
     You can find “List of Services” you may now use with remote banking service thanks to a new platform on the following web site: https://kapital24.uz and/or by downloading and log in to the “Kapitalbank” mobile application (available in Google Play and App Store) In order for this service to work, you need to personally confirm contact details in our branch.
      If, prior to the effective date of details change, the Bank does not receive Client's written application on Agreement(s) termination, this circumstance (inactivity) constitutes the Client’s consent with (acceptance of) the proposed changes and Agreement(s) between the Client and the Bank are deemed to be amended upon mutual agreement of the Parties as of the effective date of new details.
     Additional confirmation of the Client’s consent with amended details is the performance of transactions/ orders after new requisites became effective.
